Help  - Core gameloop explained

The game regularely starts new auctions for spots where to place a tower. You can provide an offer not knowing what the competition is willing to pay. After the auction is won you choose wether to build a small or a large cell tower. While the auction is running the game time is stopped and you are able to evaluate the spots value by clicking buildings to gather information about population an reception in caase a tower is build there.
